    The work we undertake with our partners involves risk. That is why it's critical that we keep safety on forefront of our mind in everything we do 24/7 at work. The actions we take to mitigate risks and help us to protect all our workers and their families.

 

    A critical part of this safety culture involves engaging staff and suppliers through procedures, controls, governance, communication, education, training and measurements. We do this across day to day operations on our own sites as well as our operations within the market we serve.

 

    We have a number of initiatives to strengthen our safety leadership and culture and help us keep safety top of mind. We regularly review our culture and performance, understand our risks and implement corrective actions within an overall philosophy of continuous improvement.

 

Warehouse safety management measures:

1. Establish and improve safety management rules and regulations, and do a good job in safety publicity, including the production, posting, and maintenance of safety publicity signs. Ensure that the system is on the wall and responsibilities are in place.

2. Carry out safety inspections and emergency handling of safety incidents.

3. Keep daily safety records. This includes registration of personnel entering and exiting, document inspection, preventing dangerous materials from entering the warehouse, making fire prevention and anti-static preparations, checking transportation vehicles entering and exiting the warehouse, and preventing the loss of goods. Establish and improve safety facilities. Prepare relevant facilities and equipment according to the safety hazards of different reservoir areas, different materials, and different equipment. For example, be equipped with different fire extinguishers, sandboxes, fire-fighting facilities, safety nets, etc. Equip different personnel with safety equipment, such as police equipment, firefighting clothing, labor protection supplies, etc.

4. Evaluate the security inspection work, identify problems and make timely improvements.

5. Continuously improve security inspection work and adjust safety mechanisms in a timely manner. Prevent security management gaps from appearing.
