Our standard MOQ is 50 sets for bulk orders, which also qualifies for the 15-day delivery window. For sample or trial orders, we can produce as few as 1–5 units (7-day sample lead time). Contact us for MOQ flexibility on mixed configurations.

2. Can I get custom dimensions and colours?

Yes - all dimensions are fully customisable. We support any PANTONE or RAL colour for the powder coat finish. Common confectionery store colours (white, cream, anthracite, brand red) are in-stock; special colours add 3–5 days to lead time.

3. How long does a sample take?

Sample production takes 7 working days from design approval. We ship samples by DHL or TNT express so you can physically check finish, load capacity, and assembly before committing to bulk production.
