HEDA Push Back Racking is an advanced high-density storage system that allows you to store multiple pallets deep in a single lane, dramatically increasing warehouse storage capacity compared to standard selective racking.
The system uses a series of nested, inclined rolling carts (push-back carts) on inclined rails. When a new pallet is loaded, it gently pushes the previous pallets backward along the inclined lane. When retrieving a pallet, the remaining pallets automatically roll forward due to gravity, making the next pallet immediately accessible.
This LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) system is ideal for warehouses where pallets of the same SKU are stored together and rotation speed is not critical. HEDA Push Back Racking is engineered with heavy-duty structural steel, high-quality wheels, and smooth-rolling carts for reliable daily operation. It can be configured from 2-deep up to 6-deep, maximizing cubic space utilization while keeping forklift travel aisles minimal.
