Q: What information do I need to get a mezzanine quote?
A: We need: your warehouse footprint (length × width in metres), clear height (floor to underside of roof beam), intended use (storage / office / conveyor), required load per m², and your country. If you have a floor plan or existing drawings, those are a bonus but not required - our engineers will prepare an initial layout with just the dimensions.
Q: How long does it take to get a 3D design and price?
A: We guarantee a 3D CAD layout and preliminary cost estimate within 24 hours of receiving your project brief. For complex multi-tier projects or unusual building geometry, it may take up to 48 hours. The design is free and comes with no obligation.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our standard MOQ is 1,000 m² of mezzanine floor. For smaller projects (500–1,000 m²), please contact us directly - we can often accommodate these, especially in combination with other racking products or for markets we are actively developing.
Q: Can mezzanine racking be installed over existing racking systems?
A: Yes - rack-supported mezzanines use existing or new pallet racking as structural columns. Our engineers will assess your current system's load capacity and either incorporate it into the design or specify an integrated new system.
