A hardware supermarket client find a solution to balance the display and stock inventory to fit more SKUs without crowding the aisles, while keeping shelving flexible enough to rearrange for seasonal promotions and new product lines.
WHAT WE DID
Basic on the client requirement, we offer the warehouse Gondola Rack that is a gondola shelves with top frame storage rack. For hardware supermarket, they can display multi-SKU tools & accessories by gondola, and put the screws, bolts, or other small items on the storage rack. Easy to store and stock. In this case, the gondola shelving system has endcap options for hot selling or seasonal inventory.
